Setting Up Mailing And Shipping Accounts For Your Law Firm

(Current as of August 2020)

Whether it’s a demand letter, a closing binder, or a courtesy copy for the court, there will likely come a time when you need to mail important, time-sensitive documents.  When starting your law firm, consider creating free online mailing and shipping accounts with the United States Postal Service, FedEx, and UPS. That way, you’ll have quick access to a variety of mailing and shipping options if and when the need arises.

U.S. Postal Service

With a USPS account, you’ll be able to print shipping labels, request package pickups, order stamps, and manage other mailing and shipping solutions online.

FedEx

With a FedEx account, you’ll receive discounted pricing, faster shipment setup, and access to loyalty rewards.  You can also order free shipping supplies, create labels, and schedule pickups online.

UPS

A UPS business account will give you access to discounts and a variety of web-based shipping solutions.
